Emma Jones
'Jersey Tiger Moth' - limited edition print
"I’m so pleased to donate my print of a Jersey Tiger Moth to the DEC Pakistan Flood Appeal.
Moths are said to be indicator species, sensitive to habitat and climate change, thus their numbers are rapidly declining. Much of my work involves paying close attention to the complex forms and patterns in endangered species: seahorses, moths, and other insects, using detailed ink drawings, prints and watercolours."

'Puffin'
Inspired by my love of nature, and by combining experimental elements from my Art Collage days with my love of language I began using words within strong, iconic images.
The idea behind incorporating writing into the imagery is that it creates a bridge between the language of both the written word & pictorial art.
The entire range of my work, including bespoke commissions, can be seen on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/C3-The-Considerate-Card-Company-by-Lisa-Dionne
